After a great refurbishment, Le Clos Notre Dame was inaugurated on the 14th of May 2013. Its new architecture is a dainty blend of old stones and contemporary design. Le Clos Notre Dame itself is a piece of history and a symbol of love. Indeed King François I, gave it as a present to his dearest favorite: Anne de Pisseleu, Duchesse d’Etampes. The hotel kept the spirit of the Renaissance with its wooden beams and handrail in the staircase, which are labeled as historic monuments.
