CANCELLATION POLICY
- For any modification or cancellation, please contact the hotel directly.
- Prepaid rates: Full deposit is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
- Flexible rates: The reservation can be cancelled without charge 24 hours before arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, one night per room is charged. In case of reduction of the number of nights upon check-in day or during the stay, 50% of the cancelled nights are charged as penalty.
